Diced potatoes................................300.0 g
Glucose...........................................20.0 g
Agar................................................20.0 g
DI Water…………………………….1000 ml
 

Boil finely diced potatoes in 500 ml of water until thoroughly cooked (about 1 hour); filter through cheesecloth and add water to filtrate to 1000 ml.
Heat the filtrate to dissolve the agar. Add the glucose before sterilization. Autoclave at 121ºC.
